We had visited at the beginning of the year to find the spa full, my voucher was extended for another 6 months which was great. I finally used it last night. I had a great time it was a perfect way to spend a few hours with my best friend catching up on weeks' of gossip. There were a couple of things that could be improved. My wristband was a bit tatty and kept coming off, also it seemed to take ages to register on the locker, so a good few minutes wasted swearing at the locker system. Hooks would be good for gowns and towels rather than the shelving units by the pools. The food in the restaurant was delicious, but the ambience could have been so much better, it did remind us of a hospital canteen with everyone sat around in their dressing gowns, subtle lighting, darker colours etc etc. All in all a great time and as long as you pick the time of your visit well, easy to do when you're local, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a visit.
In the Springs Café & Restaurant, beautiful Georgian architecture combines with simple contemporary style. Here, spa users can enjoy delicious meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day and evening.
