My boyfriend and I went to the spa for my birthday on 13th Oct 2010. I cant believe some of the negative feedback on this website so just want to start by saying how polite, professional and welcoming the staff were, as well as how much we enjoyed the excellent facilities. Despite not booking, reception staff were able to offer me an express massage at late notice (best massage I have had in a long time!) The different steam rooms and cooler showers were a perfect treatment combination from the rooftop pool before heading downstairs to the minerva bath. We also enjoyed a lovely lunch in the restaurant, where although it was a little pricey, the service was prompt and food was of a good quality. I would highly recommend to all my friends!
