I came to the Spa for the first time just before Christmas. I had been looking forward to it and I was disappointed - I won't be coming back. The staff were very good but the layout of the spa is badly thought through - we were so cold in the end that we didn't go for a shower, as it meant dragging everything to another floor and reusing wet towels. Visited the spa on Saturday as a group of 5 girls.
